Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of service cost
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of service cost + new deposit required to rebook
This policy allows me to maintain a sustainable schedule and give each client my full presence and care.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time (not early).
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Deposits may be forfeited depending on circumstances.
Illness & Emergencies
If you are ill, please reschedule — your health and mine both matter.
Deposits are non-refundable due to illness but may be transferred to a new appointment when possible.
True emergencies are handled with care and discretion.
